Cash reconciliation daily
Take and distribute incoming calls
Paying Suppliers
Receiving Vehicles
Several tasks related to accounting
Produce reports
Assist management in all other related tasks

OUR IDEAL CRITERIA

Have good memory and logic
Ability with computer systems and good tact (an asset)
Experience as an accounting clerk (an asset)

HOURS
Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. = afternoon off* (* except for the 2 tire periods).

WORKPLACE
St-Raymond in Portneuf County.

START OF POSITION
Ideally, we would like to have someone in place as soon as possible.
